Compassionate Guidance for Every Step of the Dementia Journey

Living with dementia / Alzheimer’s or caring for a loved one affected by it is an incredibly personal and challenging journey. At times, it can feel complex and heavy, with many decisions to make. Our role is to simplify this process, provide thoughtful guidance, and offer attentive, personalized support every step of the way.

Getting Started

Begin by completing a brief interest form as the first step in the process. Our team will carefully review your information and guide you through the next steps, including eligibility for participation in the FDA-approved Expanded Access Program.

Initial Evaluation

An initial in-person evaluation is required. During this visit, our neurologist will:

Comprehensive In Person Evaluation

Perform a comprehensive neurological examination

Specialized Neurological Testing

Conduct specialized neurological testing

Advanced Diagnostic Studies

Order advanced genetic testing, laboratory studies, and an EKG

A brain MRI obtained within the past three months is also required. This may be completed at an outside facility or arranged through our clinic with a referral.

Application Review

Following the evaluation, the approval application will be submitted. Decisions are typically issued within a few weeks.

Treatment Program (If Approved)

If approved, infusions must begin within three months in accordance with clinical trial guidelines. The initial treatment package includes three infusions, each administered one month apart. Each infusion lasts approximately one hour.

After completion of the three-dose series, a follow-up evaluation will be performed to determine whether additional treatment is recommended.

The cost of the initial treatment package includes:

Three initial infusion treatments
Round-trip transportation to and from the airport
Two nights of hotel accommodations
Access to our VIP family waiting area, featuring a massage chair, coffee and refreshments, and other comfort amenities
